I lead the Digital Marketing Transformation across ANZ for this $500m business, as well as lead the organization-wide Executive Leadership Team challenged to Future Proof the business through automation, simplicity, and efficient ways of working. Responsible for lifting the digital maturity of the business, and act as a key influencer in local and global change to unlock the value of digital and focus on consumer centricity. This includes leading the strategic roadmap of our marketing technology to maximize our customer lifetime value.

• Accelerate marketing transformation from 80% ATL media spend to 100% digital brands (achieved).
• Deliver eCommerce excellence and ‘Perfect Online Store’ and grow channels +15% YoY (35% 2021)
• Grown internal organisation-wide Digital maturity progression across 8 pillars of digital (inc at Board level)
• Embed an agile WoW across the marketing and agency partnerships, then extend to wider business (IT etc)
• Manage Global (UK/France), Regional (China, SEAsia) and local (ANZ) stakeholder alignment
• Lead a team of 11x direct reports plus agencies (tech, digital, media, search, content).
• Manage key agency performance across tech, digital, media, search and content efficient production.
• Manage $3.5m annual budget (excluding media)
Achievements
• ‘Top Performer in Marketing’ award in Q1 2021 + ‘XFN Team of the Year’ in 2021
• Transformed 9x brands to 100% digital (media) aiding their YoY finance targets resulting in YoY Marketing Share growth of core brands Aptamil (#3 to #1) and Karicare #4 to #2.
• Transformed brands from digital maturity average of 2.1/5 to 4.3/5
• Embedded Agile WoW & tools to accelerate marketing as a constant versus 1-off campaign mindsets.
• Launched “Future Proof Organisation” full company-wide evolution to redefine ways of working to be faster, smarter, leaner, and more agile to accelerate growth opportunities.
